Shanon joined the firm in 2019. Shanon is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the St. Joseph County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Association. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member 100 Black Men of Greater South Bend, and Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated.
